Six Mile
June 13, 2010
A beautiful day with challenging, longer and vertical courses. 12 hardy souls headed out to test themselves against one of our better maps. The weather, the views and the watermelon all helped to soothe the demands of the courses. Think of the day as a "Character Building" training day. Alan and Frances started their day at 3:30am with a nesting bird survey and still had enough energy to orienteer! Despite being wasted by the end, both Tim and Marie-Cat enjoyed having the cleanest runs they've had this year. Thanks to all the out-of-towners who helped make our setting efforts worthwhile. | ||
